About

Hi! I’m Eric Chen, the calendar pusher behind CalendarPush.

CalendarPush is a tool I had built for my own sanity. I found it really annoying and a waste of time to have to block off time on my work calendar whenever I had an event on my personal calendar come up. More specifically the reason I had to block time off on my work calendar was so that my coworkers couldn’t schedule meetings during my personal events. I shared CalendarPush with a few friends and they thought that more people could benefit from it, so here we are.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and would really appreciate any feedback and thoughts on how to improve the service. You can reach me at support@calendarpush.com 🙂

10% of the money I make through CalendarPush is donated to these charities and I encourage you to support them as well:

  • STOP AAPI HATE is a nonprofit organization which tracks incidents of hate and discrimination against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States.
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to “create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth”.

Frequently Asked Questions

CalendarPush is available for both Google Calendar and Outlook users.

We do not read the contents of the events on your calendar. Our service will identify that a new event was created on your calendar and push that event to your other calendars. Nothing more. We rely on Google’s Cloud Platform to secure and encrypt all data.

Events should update in your other calendar in a matter of seconds. Typically 10 seconds or less. This applies to both the addition of events AND the removal of events in your primary calendar.

Yes – new event additions or removals on your primary calendar will be reflected on your calendars you’ve connected with CalendarPush. You can disable or reactivate the connection at any time on your dashboard.

There are no plans to support Apple iCloud Calendar for the time being. If we receive enough interest from users to extend our service to support additional platforms, we will consider it. We’d love to hear from you if it’s of interest.

Yes – connecting your first two calendars is absolutely free. For most users that will be their personal and work calendars. Each additional calendar connection costs $20/year.

Please email support@calendarpush.com for all inquiries and concerns. Feedback is a gift and we welcome all that you can provide.Â
